Permission for Program Graduates

As a graduate and consumer of time management ideas I am often dismayed to discover that the content I learn cannot be used with my clients. Teachers of programs and writers of books often make it clear that their materials are copyrighted and cannot be used to generate income in any form by class participants.

My goal in putting together this page is to make it clear to you, a MyTimeDesign 1.1.Plus+ or Baby Steps graduate, what you can and cannot do with the materials you find in this program with your clients.

Ideas

You are free to use any of the ideas, concepts and principles that are shared in the program with anyone you wish, including your clients. There are some restrictions to how you share them however.

No To-Do’s

Here are some of the things you can’t do:

– represent yourself as the source of the ideas. When using the language of 2Time Labs, you must always make reference back to the source of the ideas. When you invent a derivative, you must maintain these rules.

– use trade names that are used by Framework Consulting Inc. as your program names or advertorial references e.g. MyTimeDesign, NewHabits, Francis Wade, Baby Steps, 2Time Labs, Perfect Time Management

– copy content from this site and claim to have written it

– copy more than a paragraph at a time and thereby violate copyright laws

For these reasons, I have chosen to use a Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike License.

Can Always Use

It’s my intention to one day place every piece of information on this site under a CCO license. When that happens, anyone can use any piece of information for any purpose without getting permission, but until then, there are some restrictions.

Until then, as an attendee of one of my programs, you have the right to use any of the terminology used in the program e.g. “time demands.”
